Hi, I’m the Teacher Behind The SpEd Resource Co.!

Welcome! I’m a licensed special education teacher with 10 years of classroom experience, including six years as a paraprofessional and four years as a teacher.

Working in special education has given me firsthand experience with the challenges educators face every day, from meeting individual student needs and adapting instruction to managing paperwork, collecting data, and keeping everything organized.

I created The SpEd Resource Co. to share practical, classroom-ready resources that make teaching a little easier. Every resource is developed with real classroom needs in mind, focusing on materials that are functional, accessible, and easy to incorporate into everyday instruction.

Practical Resources for Real Classrooms

The SpEd Resource Co. is dedicated to supporting educators with meaningful, easy-to-use resources that help students build skills and grow in independence.

You’ll find materials covering reading and literacy, math, executive functioning, social skills, and essential teacher tools. Whether you’re looking for differentiated learning activities, visual supports, IEP planning tools, or classroom organization resources, my goal is to provide materials that are practical, flexible, and ready to use.

Along with teaching resources, this website is a place to share classroom strategies, instructional ideas, and insights drawn from everyday teaching experiences.

Created With the Classroom in Mind

I believe effective teaching resources should be purposeful, adaptable, and easy for educators to use. Students learn in different ways and at different paces, and the materials we use should reflect those differences.

My approach focuses on clear instructions, meaningful skill practice, visual supports, and opportunities for students to develop confidence and independence.

Above all, I want The SpEd Resource Co. to be a helpful space where educators can find ideas and resources that support the work they’re already doing in their classrooms.

Welcome to The SpEd Resource Co.!

I’m a special education teacher who loves creating practical, easy-to-use resources that make classroom life a little easier! Here, you’ll find teaching materials, classroom strategies, and ideas designed to support diverse learners and the educators who work with them.
